01What data we may hold

• Messages and contact details you sent in the live chat.
• Email correspondence.
• For customers: deployment data (metrics, events, recordings) if we store it under the contract.

The site has no accounts or forms, so we don't collect other data about visitors.

02How to request deletion

• Write in the chat on this site or by email with the subject “Data deletion”.
• Include the name, email or phone number you used when contacting us.
• We delete the conversation and related records and confirm when it is done.

03Deployment data

Storage and deletion of data at customer sites follow the contract and the agreed retention periods. When the contract ends, data is deleted at the customer's request.

04Cookies

You can delete the cookies in your browser yourself, in its settings.
